Three Regional Meetings and a Safety Summit

It’s a wrap on four UAA events in four weeks!

October was an intense and highly successful month for us. We hosted three Regional Meetings and one Safety Summit, bringing together 275 attendees in four locations:

  • Ohio Regional – Chagrin Falls (47 attendees)
  • Indiana Safety Summit – Bloomington (80 attendees)
  • New York Regional – Saratoga Springs (93 attendees)
  • Georgia Regional – Columbus (55 attendees)

UAA sponsors, Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services, demonstrated their commitment by supporting multiple events.

“These gatherings generated growth and engagement,” says Events Coordinator Crystal Arp. “A major highlight was the influx of participation and the signing of 124 new UAA members. This membership surge speaks to the value industry professionals place on our education, training, and networking opportunities.”

Perhaps the appetite for in-person industry discussion was high, fueled in part by a remarkable consumption of coffee. Bulk brewing results show an intake of 39 gallons in Indiana, New York and Georgia. (Ohio was an outlier with K-cups so no count was available.)

“UAA staff and volunteers executed this ambitious schedule, and the success confirms the demand for accessible, regionally focused events,” says Membership Coordinator Cody Woodward. “We look forward to building on this momentum.”
